Frequently Asked Questions

  • At this time we’re booking viewings for approved applicants only. Since these 1-2 bedroom units follow the SHIM guidelines for affordable housing, we need to make sure each applicant meets the eligibility requirements before scheduling a showing.

  • 1 Bedroom units- unfortunately there are no designated parking stalls available, only on-street parking.

2 Bedroom units- we have 1 designated electrified parking stall per unit.

Due to limited parking spaces we can not offer additional spots

  • Eligibility is based on total household income. To qualify, your annual household income must not exceed $50,000 for a one-bedroom unit or $64,000 for a two-bedroom unit. Applicants will be required to provide income verification, such as recent T4s, as part of the application process.

  • Utilities are not included in the rent. Water is billed at a fixed rate of $30 per bedroom, per month. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for their own power and electricity services.

  • As these are brand-new buildings, exact utility costs are not yet established. However based on typical usage, estimated monthly utilities are approximately $130-180 for a one-bedroom unit and $180-230 for a two-bedroom unit. Actual costs may vary depending on usage.
